We provide wide range of welding techniques to different kind and thickness of materials. Our qualified (first class) and experienced welders are expert to do Mig and Tig welding. We can do Brass, Aluminum and Stainless Steel welding. Jacks Engineering have white card holder welders too, for site jobs.

A highly qualified team is expert in Engineering drawings/ shop drawings and 2D/3D drafting for CNC cutting machines. Our team always working closely with Engineer and Architectural so they can draw according to their demand and satisfaction.
POWDER COATING AND GALVANISE DIPPING
We also provide an service of powder coating( normal to anodizing range), Stainless MIRROR POLISHING, Brass GRAIN FINISH, gale dipping and zinc plating on demand of customer .
SHEET METAL FABRICATION
Our professional fabricator are highly expert in folding/bending sheet metal as per engineering required. Our machines can fold up to 5mm thickness of any kind of metal. We have sheet metal ROLLER for rolling services. We have tube and pipe bending machines too.
Jacks Engineering works provide wide rage of Stainless Steel welding and fabrication through there qualified TIG welders. Stainless Steel fabrication is known for its resistance to corrosion, high strength, and durability. This process is used in a wide range of industries, including construction, automotive, aerospace, and food processing. Mainly we use #316,#304,#302 and 2B stainless steel in fabrication we also use Mirror polish and coloured sheets as per architectural requirement. We use Australian Standard grade stainless steel for Kitchen and other Food appliances, Some common examples are Kitchen Benchtops, Hand Rails, Custom frames, Stainless Steel Tables. Food storage Container and Equipment’s. Wrap Wood into stainless Steel, We use stainless steel RIMEX sheets for architectural designs.
Brass welding and fabrication require a good understanding of brass’s properties and careful handling to achieve high-quality results. The techniques used must be adapted to address the unique challenges of working with this versatile alloy.
Jacks Engineering works provide wide range of Brass fabrication, Antique brass to mirror polish brass articles are produce by us. Our highly expert team is perfect to weld brass from 1mm to 10mm thickness without any burn mark or change in colour.. We make window frames, doors , glove holders , door handles, bench tops from brass. We also wrap wood/mdf boards into brass sheets. Most of decorative pieces are made by jacks engineering works.
Drafting involves creating detailed and precise representations of objects or structures, typically using technical drawing methods. We have qualified and experienced draft men , they always working closely to Engineers and Architectures to get 100% perfection in engineering drawings. Our Engineering drawings are detailed and precise representations used to convey information about an object’s design, dimensions, and construction. We provide shop drawings to clints for construction approval. Our floor team always work according to approved shop drawings.
